Thomas formed a partnership group which acquired, recapitalized and restructured ITG in November of 2016.  ITG is a Proprietary Trading and Market Making firm with memberships in IIROC, CIPF and The Toronto Stock Exchange providing Price Discovery services for Traders, Marketplaces and Issuers alike.  Thomas is leading all aspects of the Group's Strategic and Corporate Development.

Prior to his investment in ITG84, Thomas was Managing Director & Head, Execution & Prime Services at a bank-owned dealer which was at the top of equity trading league tables in Canada for 7 years. He was also Vice - President, Sales & Trading for at the time Canada's principal equity marketplace.  With over 23 years securities industry experience his diverse career encompasses roles with increasing Leadership responsibility.

Thomas holds an MBA with Distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a CPA designation and executive education from Leland Stanford Junior University's Executive Education.

Dave has held positions as a Senior Institutional Equity Trader and as a Registered Trader on the Floor of the TSX. He served as a Floor Governor until the floor closed in 1997.  He joined ITG in 1997 as a Registered Trader and Managing Partner.  He has served on the Equities Procedure Committee; the Trading Policy Committee; and as Vice Chair of the Market Making Advisory Committee.

Rob worked as a Registered Trader for 25 years. When the Floor closed in 1997, Rob joined ITG as a Registered Trader and Managing Partner. Rob has been instrumental in developing the Firm’s Policies and Procedures, working closely with regulatory bodies and earning their trust and respect. Rob’s leadership and training to the ITG staff consistently results in high performance.
